Refund & Cancellation Policy

Understand how ADXPI handles order cancellations, refunds, and related requests.

1. Overview

ADXPI Technologies strives to ensure complete satisfaction with our services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the circumstances under which cancellations or refunds may be processed.

2. Service Cancellation

Clients can request cancellation of any service prior to project commencement. Once work has started, cancellations are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

  • Requests must be emailed to billing@adxpi.com.
  • Approved cancellations before project initiation will receive a full refund minus any transaction fees.

3. Refund Conditions

  • Duplicate payment due to technical error.
  • Service not delivered due to internal reasons.
  • Other valid reasons determined by ADXPI management.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.

5. No Refund for Digital Products

Once a digital service or product has been delivered, ADXPI cannot offer refunds or exchanges unless explicitly agreed in writing.
